Cheri Belkowitz Cheri is a zealous advocate for children and their families in all schoolrelated matters. She is the Managing Partner of Belkowitz Law, PLLC, located in Fairfax. Cheri is active in the special needs community, serving as Vice-Chair of the Fairfax Advisory Committee for Students with Disabilities, on the Board of The Arc of Northern Virginia, and a member of the Special Needs Committee of the JCCNV.
